Rob is a seasoned construction professional with nearly 14 years of hands-on experience in residential carpentry, building, and remodeling; complemented by more than 7 years leading large-scale construction projects across diverse sectors and multiple states from Pennsylvania up through New Hampshire. His project portfolio includes residential homes, industrial facilities, water and wastewater treatment plants, and biotech facilities, with several projects reaching nearly $20 million in value. Throughout his career, Rob has excelled in key leadership roles—including project engineer, superintendent, project manager, and owner’s representative—delivering complex projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Passionate about transforming visions into reality, Rob is excited to have started his journey into real estate development, creating, Field Grade Development Co.

Rob and his wife Michelle recently finished building their own home in the town of Lyndeborough, New Hampshire. It is a beautiful, period-correct New England Colonial style house that captures the classic look and feel of early American homes. The couple acted as both the general contractor and architect, and they self-performed a significant amount of work themselves. With Rob's building experience and engineering background, they carefully crafted every detail to create a timeless home that fits perfectly with the area's history.

In their free time, Rob and Michelle love heading outdoors with their two bird dogs, Utz and Getreue. The couple enjoys hunting, hiking, and camping throughout New England, taking every chance to explore the region's beautiful trails, forests, and mountains.
